Search the Electrical Worker Register

You can search this public register of electrical workers to:

- Check that a person is registered or licensed

- View an electrical workers' relevant registration and licence history

- Find out if an electrical worker has been disciplined in the last 3 years

Searches of the register may only be carried out for a purpose referred to in section 126 of the Electricity Act 1992.

If you do not know how to spell the electrical worker’s name, you can do a wildcard search by entering the first three letters and *. For example, to find Smith you can enter Smi*. Some iPhone users are unable to search for names with an apostrophe ('). If you are searching from an iPhone, we recommend you replace the apostrophe character with a wildcard (*).
